Invenia Group is partnered with a leading international pharmaceutical company that is seeking an experienced Analyst to take on the role of Senior Market Insights Analyst covering the EMENA region. This role is fully remote, covering Europe.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will provide business insights and analytics through quantitative and qualitative research to help drive better strategic decisions and plan activities in-country and across the EMENA region. This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business in supporting them to ensure they have the correct and timely information to support their decision-making and predict future trends in their business area. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Develop analytical reports that include routine, ad hoc, and project analysis
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the market landscape (i.e. hospital/ specialty brands/ others) to identify opportunities, key drivers, barriers, and potential trends to proactively highlight potential impacts
  • Conduct market research projects based on business needs and provide insights with actionable and impactful recommendations
  • Work in collaboration with the team to develop insights from innovative sources and utilize them to drive growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure they get visibility and understanding of relevant data to help make strategic decisions
  • Own the development of specific monthly dashboards through Power BI with key insights and analytics relevant to specialty brands, product launch trackers, hospital sales, and others

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone who is educated to a degree level with pharma experience in European markets. You should have a BHBIA or similar introduction to business intelligence course, IQVIA data experience, and analytical skills. The following skills are also essential for this role:
