Invenia Group is proud to be exclusively partnered with a privately owned Dental manufacturer that is organically growing at >20% YoY. They have also acquired and merged 3 companies within the last year with plans for further expansions in the near future.

This manufacturer is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to oversee OEM accounts both in the US and Internationally where you will report directly to the VP with a focus on sales execution and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Execution of the OEM business segment – cultivating current customer relationships as well as identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for OEM product sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to support data, metrics, and process-orientated objectives.
  • Develop and implement a unique and appropriate go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with Sr. leadership internally in a cross-functional matrix.
  • Effectively determining value propositions and end-to-end sales processes across a variety of products and customers.
  • Travel up to 40% across North America & Internationally.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ Years of Dental sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in an account management role.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • A go-getter willing to work cross-functionally in the business.
