We are seeking a **motivated Account Executive** to manage and expand customer accounts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Key Responsibilities:

– Develop long-term, value-added customer relationships using relationship-selling techniques.
– Understand clinical and economic trends in healthcare decision-making.
– Deliver compelling sales presentations and participate in various sales activities.
– Negotiate to maintain target price levels effectively.
– Manage customer information in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts.
– Build a strong pipeline and manage sales opportunities at various stages.
– Introduce new technology platforms and products to key accounts and public laboratories.
– Provide regular updates to management on customer status and initiatives.

Qualifications:

– Bac+5 in Biology/Health/Biotechnology or similar fields.
– Proven sales track record in clinical and/or laboratory markets.
– Knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and SaaS ecosystems.
– Fluency in English and German.
– Willingness to travel 50% within the DACH region.
