Invenia Group is partnered with a market-leading speciality pharmaceutical company focused on generic sterile injectables. We are searching for a Territory Manager focused on North Texas and Oklahoma.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Build strategic relationships with pharmacy and hospital pharmacy buyers to promote their generic injectable portfolio.
  • Achieve or surpass individual sales objectives across the designated territory.
  • Cross-functional interaction with Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to secure sales at the account level.
  • Analysis of sales data to influence commercial opportunities
  • Provide competitive intelligence to the senior management team.
  • Attend trade shows and industry meetings as requested.
  • Travel up to 50%, 30% overnight.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience selling into hospitals.
  • Previous experience with generic injectables is strongly preferred however wider generics and pharmaceutical backgrounds could also be considered.
  • Capable of evaluating and negotiating pricing and product agreements.
  • Familiarity with IDNs, large health systems and comfortable calling on senior-level decision-makers.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
