Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing biotech company looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager in France for its growing team. Here, you will join a European team of experts, that offer a friendly working environment, and opportunities for substantial career development.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for the sales of the company’s products within your assigned geographic territory and or within an assigned group of accounts. You will achieve a sales budget through the growth of existing accounts and the development of new accounts. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Updates and maintains the customer relationship management (CRM) software tool
  • Demonstrates advanced expertise in strategic account planning, sales analysis, and time management
  • Provides timely communication and follow-up to customers; consistently exceeding the customer’s expectations
  • Attends trade and vendor shows and meetings as required

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a strong molecular biology background, and a demonstrated record of sales success. You should have advanced knowledge of local and national Procurement Processes and Policies, KOLs, and KDMs, as well as the following:

  • MS, Ph.D., in cell, molecular biology, or related life science discipline
  • 1-year minimum of successful sales experience at a life science research tools company
  • 2-4 years of lab bench experience in the cell, molecular biology, or related discipline
  • A Belgium customer network would be a strong asset

You should also be able to speak both English and French languages fluently.
