Associate Director

Invenia Group has exclusively partnered with an industry-leading biotech company, using a novel AI platform to advance its drug discovery and biomarker development programs. They are looking for a senior manager/associate director for platform development based in the US or Germany area.

What we are looking for:

• Ph.D. in computational biology or other related fields
• 7+ years of programming experience in Python, R, Perl, Java, Julia, etc…
• 7+ years of experience in the design, development, and deployment of solutions using AI/ML approaches in R&D
• 3+ years of software product management experience
• Understanding of different data types in preclinical and clinical research, inc multi-omics

Role Responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for the following.

Led software development effort for an AI-powered platform. Devise and implement a software development roadmap along with collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to capture feedback and prioritize the features so that once implemented.
