Are you a strategy-focused HR Leader/Head of People looking to make an impact within a growing organization?

Invenia Group and our sister brand CrimsonXT are a global search and talent firm specializing in the life science, automation, energy, built environment, and technology sectors. We are in a period of sustained growth and are currently hiring a Head of People based from our Leeds office (hybrid) to work with the Leadership Team to further develop our people strategy, employee engagement, talent strategy, leadership development, L&D, organizational management, culture, and wellbeing.

What we are looking for:

  • Expert Head of People / HR with exposure to a global professional services company
  • Ability to operate at both an operational and strategic level across a complex and growing organisation
  • Ownership of the ‘employee lifecycle, delivering exceptional support to employees in all locations
  • Ideally, CIPD qualified or a degree or master’s degree in HR
  • Ability to embrace change and work within a dynamic and growing organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Talent
  • Oversee L&D function
  • Lead the Diversity and Inclusion agenda
  • Be an advocate for employee wellness and belonging, driving initiatives centered around employee experience
