Invenia Group has partnered with a fast-growing company, seeking a Senior Research Associate/Associate Scientist based in Massachusetts to join their immuno-oncology team with a focus on target validation for its current programs.

Role responsibilities:

Here, you will be developing mechanism-based in vitro immunological assays to assess novel drug target biology and to move projects into drug discovery and use genetic (CRISPR, RNAi etc.) and pharmacological perturbations to evaluate new drug targets.

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a BS with a minimum of 5 years or MS with 3 years (approx.) of relevant experience in oncology/immunology research with demonstrated abilities in assay development. You should have experience working with a diverse range of human/mouse immune primary cells and a deep knowledge of immunology methods (FACS to phenotype diverse populations, immune cell polarization protocols, PBMC isolation, and immune cell functional assays) is also desired.
