This June, three members of our team took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks, a 24-mile (38.6km) round trip route, including 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. Ingleborough, Whernside, Pen-y-ghent. The team completed the peaks challenge in just over 10 hours, and managed to raise an incredible £360 for Cancer Research UK. Congratulations team!

Raising money to support cancer charities is a cause very close to our heart. The Simone Taylor Fund will donate to a variety of cancer charities selected by her family and colleagues. These charities support genetic diagnosis, scientific discovery and research, the development of new treatments or help those currently living with cancer.

In 2022 we set up The Simone Taylor Fund, fundraising for cancer prevention and support charities in memory of our friend and colleague, Simone. Since then, our teams have continued to raise fantastic amounts of money for a range of cancer charities. In April, our Marketing Executive Jenna, ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon, raising money for one of our selected cancer charities, Target Ovarian Cancer, and managed to raise an incredible £383!

In 2022 we set up The Simone Taylor Fund, fundraising for cancer prevention and support charities in memory of our friend and colleague, Simone. Since then, our teams have continued to raise fantastic amounts of money for a range of cancer charities. In October, Consultant Dom Robinson ran the Yorkshire Marathon, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support through our Simone Taylor Fund.

In September, we went head-to-head in various sporting activities in the AM, and we celebrated with a summer party in the afternoon, raising funds for our Simone Taylor Fund.

In 2021, we sadly lost our friend and colleague Simone to BRCA-related breast cancer. We have since set up a fund in her name, through which we fundraise for cancer prevention and support charities. In May, 4 of our consultants Jacqui, Ethan, Marc and Oli, as well as our company CEO Paul, took part in Leeds Marathon, raising money for Yorkshire Cancer Research and Macmillan Cancer Support. 

In 2021, we sadly lost our friend and colleague Simone to BRCA-related breast cancer. We have since set up a fund in her name, through which we fundraise for cancer prevention and support charities. This month, 13 of our employees took part in a Mighty Hike across the Yorkshire Dales, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

In the last few months, we’ve raised over £9,000 through the Simone Taylor Fund. We want to champion the work of these charities, to raise awareness of their causes and the work they do. CEO Paul Rodwell speaks to Lisa Aldred at St Gemma's Hospice to find out more about their work.
